Black Inventor Sues Racist Search Engines
Local inventor files lawsuit against ‘racist’ AOL, Google
A Jones County inventor has filed a lawsuit against two Internet server companies.
John Ishmel Henry of Soso, in May, filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.
In his suit, Henry claims that “he was called and depicted as a n—-r on two of the Internet service provider search engines, AOL and Google.”
Henry, the original inventor of the vibrating toilet seat, was featured on the Jay Leno Show in November, 2008.
“Needless to say that my invention garnered a lot of attention,” he said. “I was completely humiliated and horrified to discover that these two great bastions of business prowess would allow (these) web sites … to thrive on their search engines.”…
In July, Google and AOL filed motions in federal court requesting that the judge dismiss Henry’s suit.
Henry is also working on a book titled “Diversity and Racism: The Challenge of Mankind.”
Black Inventor“In this book I talk about the roots of racism and how it affects our country to this day,” he said. “This book does not blame any particular group. It just addresses the issue and ways to eliminate it.
“All Americans have been affected by racism and its horrible practices,” he added. “Many need counseling to some degree.”
Update: Here’s another one
Update 2:
It’s Bulletball!

“Black Inventor”
What? Does this mean even more uses for the peanut?
Somebody should let this “inventor” know that the Japanese have already squeezed out all the innovation you can get out of a toilet.

The Bulletball ‘inventor’ must have been oblivious to the fact that this game is invented every day by bored elementary school students all over the world.
It’s hard to imagine how this ‘invention’ required so much investment that he had to sell his possessions, live in his car, etc.
It’s sad and pathetic really. You almost feel bad for the guy.

Seriously. Is that bulletball video real? I mean, it looks like some kind of over-dramatized soap opera scene. Or maybe some kind of joke. Other than that, he made two big mistakes:
1) He should not have named it “Bulletball” because it reminds people of guns and violence.
2) He should have let that judge win.
What an idiot!

Blacks show that they are unique in their characteristic ratio of high ego/self-worth to lack of intelligence.
When all else fails, grovel and appeal to people’s sympathies.

@ Mark:
After 6 years, Bub Rub and Lil Sis: that’s still my favorite Internet video.

The 2006 bulletball video was pretty painful to watch; however, the guy has since put it into production and the game has been well received by facilities for disabled and mentally retarded people. Good for him!

The Supersoaker inventor is a black aerospace engineer. He was rejected by toy companies for years before his dream was realized. Now he’s worth eight figures and used some of the money to buy a science lab.
What have you guys accomplished so far?

EMPhan, I found a video on the Supersoaker and that man does appear to be a bona-fide black inventor. The author is not implying that there are no black geniuses or that blacks cannot invent anything of value; he is illustrating that black inventions have been blown all out of proportion, that there are very few black geniuses versus white or Asian geniuses, and that we have a right to know the truth about this.
What have we accomplished? Some of us published HBDbooks.com, which is a wonderful forum and inspiration. What have YOU accomplished?

rhayat1,
I’m all about the HBD.
But some of the above comments rub me the wrong way… I get the “us vs them” vibe rather than just discussing differences, as well as the bandwagon effect (like when sport fans take credit for a team’s win).

Yes, there would be an “us vs them” vibe – for the simple reason that most everything discussed on this blog is either ignored or condemned by all major media outlets, governmental and educational institutions and large companies/corporations in the Western world. Therefore, as long as this situation continues, we will have a siege mentality. Furthermore, whites really are under siege all over the world, with no homeland they can call their own. This state of affairs does foster an “us vs them” attitude as well. But I do agree with you that the subject matter covered in this blog would be much better discussed without such an attitude.
