Amo amas amat amamus amatus amant. My very first Latin lesson nearly 60 years ago. When I did not learn it I got a rap over my knuckles.
This city now, does like a garment wear, the beauty of the morning, silent, bare. Dull would he be of soul who could pass by ect.
English lesson from he same time, we had to learn to recite poetry, I hated being rapped over the knuckles and learned it. The same for maths, spelling, reading and writing.
Time to do a scholarly paper on the application of the strap as an inducement and aid to learning.

If you are offended by my posts, it means you likely have never lived around inner city blacks or hoods for short. Hoods are everywhere where I live. I have seen several schools like Ron Clark Academy, where singing and dancing is the school’s circulam. They are charter schools, but still very much like the one you see in the clip. In my city of residence, there is a charter school next to a trade school. Most of those kids who are reasonable will most likely go to a trade school or a community college for certification in something like plumbing or auto repair and be consider by white liberals to be failure, while making a productive living than relying on affrimative action to surive through college. I have seen this with my own eyes, that the most reasonable and civil blacks you meet, usually have a blue collar job involving some degree of certification. It is usually the african americans that go to college through affrimative action and welfare, who believe they are God’s gift to the world. College educated blacks are some of the most egotistical people you will ever meet. It is not even the rejection of Human Biodisversity that is the problem with educated blacks, but the need to fell superior to whites in every single way. It dreads me to think of all those children getting inflated sense of themselves because of some admission to a low rent state university because of their race.

Thomas Sowell and Ayaan Hirsi Ali are debatable cases for blacks supporting Western Civilization, Realist.
Your belief has its merit due to the fact that both support many institutions of Western Culture. Thomas Sowell supports the free market, and with Ayaan Hirsi Ali its secularism. However, there are a lot problems with your statement in many fronts. Thomas Sowell is a notiable skepetic of Human Biodiversity and a supporter of globalzation and open borders. He has written many articles about how Human Biodiversity is wrong. Sowell book ” Black Redneck & White Liberals” was about how the negative aspects of black culture have their roots in white scot-irish culture. His has also written a book called “Migrations and Cultures” which was very supportive of immigration. However, he is againist affrimative action and attends to have tolerance of pro human biodiversity views, unlike many white conservatives. So he is not a raclist by any means, but is a blackman who supports merit and intellectual freedom, which is still worthy of respect. Ayaan Hirsi Ali, however, is practically a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She has frequently supported the supression of rightwing parties in the Netherlands. She has also supported a ban Vlaams Blang in Belgium. Ali may believe in open discussion about Islam, but is very opposed to any talk about race. She is also a radical feminist, who supports women rights to the fullest degree. Most of her crusade againist Islam, is really againist the concept of the patriarchy. She is also commited atheist, which is not a bad thing in my opinion, but is looked down upon by many conservatives. She, however, is a pseudo libertarian, who does support western cultural in hypothetical sense. She is bad, but not aweful.

all the chatter about “kids today” are euphemisms for:
“blacks are completely different from whites, rarely having evened the intelligence of average whites, restless and aggressive, impatient and distracted, they learn differently and need different approaches.”

the “building self-esteem approach” – telling black kids with IQs around 90-100 that they are the future leaders of society – has turned good potential plumbers and electricians into loud, arrogant, stupid incompetents.

as for under-average blacks, they are essentially wards of the state, and need the simple jobs be shipped overseas or eliminated entirely via mechanization.

all these crazy gyrations on the part of well-meaning white idiots resemble the aimless gyrations of the black children in the classroom: flailing, empty, repetitive movements designed to distract the mind from unpleasant thoughts.

I agree with joe. European-types should be kept apart from African-types. African-types have their own values that are not congruent with that of European-types and should not be subject to the pressures of the majority.

I feel that all African-types should petition for a place of their own, someplace more suited to their values. I suggest that they ask European-types to provide free tickets to Liberia for ALL African-types in European habitats. That should suffice for any and all perceived reparations. There they may enjoy the freedom to behave “normally”. It would seem only fair were the offer reciprocated to European-types in Africa.
